OfficeBOX is a 1U rack-mountable device, that offers hybrid communication with up to 8 FXO / FXS ports plus all the benefits of SIP / VOIP trunks. With its compact size, OfficeBOX is a powerful PBX that delivers performance for the small office needing optimized PBX communication solutions.
OfficeBOX is a telephony device designed and manufactured by Bicom Systems Ltd. and powered by our own PBX software. Depending on the expected functionality, the device comes in two editions:
- Business edition - with our PBXware telephony software,
- Key systems edition - with our Key systems telephony software
Hardware wise, the appliance supports OpenVox and Sangoma analog and T1 cards giving a variety of options to chose from.
OfficeBOX is a highly embedded appliance owning its integrated nature to latest technology advancements, which in turn guarantees small dimensions, minimal number of parts, and no moving parts whatsoever. This also guarantees low temperature footprint, as previously noted, and minimal power consumption.This is achieved by utilizing apu2c2 x86 embedded motherboard from PCEngines.

M2000 is a powerful 1u appliance designed by Bicom Systems. It is an aftermarket solution ideal for small to medium-sized businesses seeking a full feature functionality.
M2000 comes with a fully tested and optimized PBXware Business or Call Center Edition already installed and ready to use. It is capable of supporting up to 100 Users/Extensions and 50 concurrent calls on both VoIP and PSTN technologies.

vSWITCH
vSWITCH server helps startup ITSPs enter the market at an affordable price point without the need of investing in massive and expensive hardware. Note: Depending on the call scenario and the edition of the SERVERware number of calls will vary. If only G711 codec is used without call recording, hardware will be able to push the most calls. If transcoding and/or call recording is used, maximum number of calls will drop.
